Shipping & Returns

Marrimor ships via UPS to Canada, the U.S., Europe and Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes.

While we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as we can, shipping times vary by product. We will update you with an expected delivery date upon receipt of your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If for some reason you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder. If it’s not hiding in there, please contact our customer service team at hello@marrimor.com.

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel an order, you can do so within 10 days of placing your order so long as your order has not already shipped. Just send our customer service team (hello@marrimor.com) an email. For more information on our cancellation policy, please see our terms.

If your order arrives damaged, it must be reported to us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please email photos of the damaged shipment to our customer service team (hello@marrimor.com) and we will arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your order is delivered, you have up to 10 days to return or exchange it. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. To avoid a 20% restocking fee, return your order in its original packaging.

Refunds can only be processed on the original card used for your order. If your card details changed between the time of order and refund, we are happy to offer you a store credit for the value of the product.
